In our first test, 1,933 open roles were checked against one real CV. 38 scored 60% or better for job fit. Each of the other 1,895 scored lower: hours of cover letters for a weaker fit.

We look in the right places
Each search takes one focus from your background, like product roles at fintech start-ups or growth marketing at AI scale-ups, and reads the live job boards of London tech companies, including ones you'd never have heard of.

You get a handful
Only roles where your job fit is 60% or better, a few at a time. Save the ones you like, skip the rest, and your next search gets sharper.
The honest bit
- London and UK remote only. Roles anywhere else are filtered out.
- Tech companies, any kind of job. We read the job boards of London start-ups, scale-ups and tech-led companies, whatever you do: engineering, product, design, data, marketing, sales, people, finance or operations. Banks, retailers and other large employers that hire through closed systems aren't covered.
- The percentage is an estimate from a model reading your CV against the job. It's a guide to where your time is best spent, not a promise.
- Free to use. Tailored CVs are an optional extra: your own CV scored line by line against a role you pick, to reorder, trim and strengthen in your own words. 30 tailored CVs for £1.25, one payment.
Your CV
- No account, no email address, no newsletter.
- Your CV is stored only to score jobs, on our server with Fly.io in London. It's sent to Google Gemini to read it and to TypeSafe to score roles against it, and to no one else.
- If you buy tailored CVs, the full CV you give us is kept to make them. A PDF is read once in full by Google Gemini to turn it into text; after that Gemini and TypeSafe read it without your email, phone or links, to score and edit it.
- One click deletes your workspace: your CV, profile and matches. Our server's logs of visits and errors aren't kept long, and if you pay, Stripe keeps its own payment record.
